RV Mobile Repair Guy (Central Texas)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Location:

Within 1 hour of Liberty Hill, TX (meet at warehouse daily, then route)

Truck:

Company service truck provided (parked at warehouse)

Pay:

$70,000-$88,000/year DOE + monthly bonus

The role (diagnostic-heavy + hands-on repairs) This is a diagnostic-heavy role (about 50/50 diagnostics + general repairs). You'll work independently in the field, but with hands-on coaching and a strong support team. You'll handle a wide range of RV work including: Electrical diagnostics (12V/120V) HVAC diagnostics and repair Appliances, plumbing, and general service work Roof work and sealants Slide-out service and repairs Tight-space work (crawling in storage areas and confined RV access is required) Warranty/insurance documentation (required) You must be able to document your work clearly for warranty and insurance claims: Photos, notes, readings, and clear descriptions Updates logged in Housecall Pro What we're looking for Required 5+ years RV technician experience (or equivalent hands-on RV systems background) Strong diagnostic process (meter use, structured troubleshooting) Comfortable with tight spaces/crawl spaces High integrity and strong customer communication Able to manage your day and close loops without being chased Nice to have (not required) RVTI/NRVTA/manufacturer certifications (we value skill and integrity over paper) Experience mentoring other techs (future escalation path) What "good" looks like here Low callbacks because you fix root causes Clean documentation that makes warranty/insurance easy Honest recommendations (no upsell games) Ownership mindset: you treat the truck, tools, and customers like they're yours Benefits 21 days PTO (15 PTO + 5 sick) 6 paid holidays Paid training Company truck and strong systems (Housecall Pro) Hiring process (we move fast and we're fair) Phone screen In-person interview Paid working interview / ride-along 30-day and 90-day review with clear expectations To apply: Send your resume OR a short message with: your strongest systems (electrical / HVAC / appliances / slide-outs / roof) an example of a tough diagnostic you solved and how you approached it If you don't send these, don't expect a reply.
