Job Description

Automotive Recruiter — Fixed Operations Our mission: develop and sustain the industry's finest people. Everything we build at Vaughan Automotive starts with people. We're looking for a recruiter who believes that too — someone who will help us find, develop, and keep the best technicians, advisors, and parts professionals in the business. You'll work hand-in-hand with our service, parts, and collision leaders and build the school and trade-program relationships that secure our future. Based at our Boerne, TX corporate office, reporting to the Corporate Fixed Operations Director. Some travel required. What You'll Do Partner with department heads — with an emphasis on Service, Parts, and Collision — to understand and manage their staffing needs Lead Vaughan Automotive's Career & Technical Education (CTE) partnerships across high schools, trade schools, junior colleges, and colleges to build a steady technician pipeline Represent Vaughan Automotive on advisory board committees for automotive and technical education programs, helping shape curriculum and strengthen our employer presence Coordinate career fairs, school visits, apprenticeship opportunities, and student outreach events Share job postings across multiple platforms and review analytics to refine sourcing strategies Schedule in-person and virtual interviews and keep the hiring calendar current What We're Looking For Automotive experience required — fixed operations (service, parts, or collision) experience strongly preferred Proven success recruiting technicians, advisors, or other fixed ops roles Experience building partnerships with schools, trade programs, apprenticeship initiatives, or workforce development organizations Experience with advisory boards or community committees is a strong plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with interview scheduling and applicant tracking systems (ATS) What We Offer $6,000-$7,000 per month, depending on experience, plus healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
