The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire services, and general vehicle inspections. The Lube Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct tire services, including rotations, balancing, and repairs. Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment to assist in vehicle maintenance. Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or damage and report findings to the service technician. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in automotive repair tasks as needed, supporting the overall service team. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Qualifications Experience with automotive diagnostics and repairs is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and automotive service equipment. Previous experience as a mechanic or in a dealership setting is a plus. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
