Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW - AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
At Evolution Motoring, we don't just work on vehicles—we build them to stand out. We are looking for a motivated and driven Automotive Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in communication, organization, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is the bridge between our clients and our technicians, centered around aftermarket upgrades and full vehicle customization services, including Suspension Systems, Wheels & Tires, Lighting, Exterior Accessories, Interior Enhancements, Performance Modifications, and more across a wide range of makes and models. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, writing estimates, coordinating workflow, and ensuring every project is clearly communicated and executed to Evolution Motoring's standards. You will work closely with technicians and management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of professionalism. Our shop operates at a fast pace with high expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist customers, providing a professional and high-level customer experience Write and manage estimates, invoices, and service tickets for aftermarket and custom services Communicate with customers regarding project scope, pricing, timelines, and updates Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate job execution and efficient workflow Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow from intake to delivery Review and verify parts, labor, and pricing for accuracy before finalizing estimates Maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding approvals, updates, and completion status Handle inbound calls, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Upsell and recommend additional services where appropriate based on vehicle needs Ensure all jobs meet Evolution Motoring's standards for quality, organization, and customer satisfaction Maintain clean, organized, and accurate records within the shop management system Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues with professionalism and urgency Collaborate with management on workflow improvements and customer experience enhancements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Automotive Sales/Customer Service role Strong understanding of aftermarket automotive services and customization (preferred) Ability to build and present accurate estimates and service recommendations Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology Proficiency with shop management software (Shopmonkey experience is a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Professional attitude with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(Not Required, But Valued) Experience in aftermarket/custom automotive shops Familiarity with suspension systems, wheels & tires, lighting, or performance upgrades Sales experience with upselling or service recommendations Experience using Shopmonkey or similar CRM/shop management systems Knowledge of DFW automotive market and customer base Background in automotive parts sourcing or vendor coordination
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.50 per hour
