Growing Organization What You'll Do:

As a Senior Ford Master Technician , you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while helping deliver an exceptional dealership experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

Performing repairs and maintenance according to dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnosing vehicle concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment Repairing engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning systems, and more Test-driving vehicles and validating repairs Communicating repair recommendations and timelines with Service Advisors Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Maintaining accurate repair documentation and records Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant Supporting additional duties assigned by management

What We're Looking For:
