Compensation:

We specialize in precision classic car conversions painstakingly preserving timeless vintage aesthetics while seamlessly engineering modern, clean electric powertrains. Core Responsibilities Mechanical & Fabrication:
Perform comprehensive mechanical overhauls (upgrading vintage brakes, steering systems, and custom drivetrain/transmission geometry). Execute light fabrication and MIG/TIG welding to create secure, custom mounts for batteries and electric motors.
Electrical Integration:
Execute immaculate, concours-level wiring, soldering, and high-quality cable management. Read complex wiring diagrams and seamlessly integrate modern EV telemetry into vintage dashboards.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
Systematically trace, identify, and resolve both old-school mechanical quirks and modern low-voltage/high-voltage electrical malfunctions.
Physical Execution:
Work comfortably on your feet, navigate tight spaces inside or under vehicles, and safely lift up to 100 lbs. when handling heavy components.
Required Skills & Experience Classic Car Heritage:
Strong, demonstrable background in classic car mechanics, vintage restoration, or hot-rod building. You understand old iron.
Precision Craftsmanship:
Expert, fluid use of specialty hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments. You take pride in how the work looks hidden behind the panels.
Electrical Fundamentals:
Highly proficient in automotive wiring, terminal crimping, soldering, and using multimeters for electrical troubleshooting.
Professional Mindset:
Punctual, exceptionally reliable, a clear communicator, and an active team player.
Work Style:
Self-driven and capable of managing your own station, yet remaining highly coachable and collaborative when engineering custom solutions. Bonus Points (Not Required, but a Big Plus) Prior experience or formal safety certification working with High-Voltage (HV) systems and battery arrays. Experience with circuit board assembly , custom PCB repair, or micro-electronics.
