Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle is restored to optimal performance, safety, and reliability. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various automotive electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and mechanical components using advanced automotive diagnostics tools. Repair and overhaul powertrain components, including transmissions, engines, differentials, and drive shafts, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to keep vehicles running smoothly. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues accurately and efficiently. Repair or replace automotive parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized machinery. Test drive vehicles post-repair to verify the quality of work and ensure optimal performance. Maintain detailed service records, complete repair reports, and communicate clearly with team members regarding vehicle status and repair procedures. Requirements 5 years+ of proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Strong mechanical knowledge across automotive systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), automotive electrical systems, and diesel engine repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding automotive diagnostics software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely and effectively.
