Espino Tire Shop Job Description:

Espino Tire Shop is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Alignment Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the field who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate must know how to properly perform vehicle alignments, operate alignment equipment and machines, and be comfortable using the shop's computer system/software as needed for services and work orders.

Responsibilities include:

Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles Inspect suspension and steering components when needed Properly operate alignment machines and shop equipment Use the shop system/software to process work orders and services Diagnose alignment-related issues and recommend needed services Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide quality service and professionalism to customers

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Alignment Technician Must know how to operate alignment machines and equipment Must be able to use the shop system/software Strong knowledge of suspension, steering, and alignment procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and responsible Valid driver's license preferred Bilingual is a plus

Compensation:

Weekly Pay Pay based on experience
