Automotive A/B Level Tech | Up to $100k $35-$50 Flat Rate Elgin, TX Are you a high-performing Automotive Technician looking for a shop where you can focus on fixing vehicles instead of dealing with paperwork, parts ordering, or estimates? We are seeking an experienced A-Level or Strong B-Level Technician to join our growing team in Elgin, TX. Schedule Full-time position Schedule includes every other Saturday What You'll Do Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of makes and models Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) Handle repairs from start to finish Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship Collaborate with a supportive service team What You Won't Do Our technicians can focus on repairs because they are not responsible for: Ordering parts Writing estimates Service advising duties Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience A-Level or Strong B-Level technician skillset Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity Experience working on domestic and import vehicles Professional, dependable, and organized Strong communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE Certifications are a plus Experience with Tekmetric is a plus Why Join Us?
