Job Description

At Christian Brother's Automotive Granbury, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier automotive service excellence to our community. We are a busy, full-service shop that works on all makes and models, including European vehicles. We are looking for a highly motivated C-Level Technician who wants to turn their passion into a lifelong career. If you have a solid foundation and a hungry, goal-oriented mindset, this is the perfect place to grow. We are looking for a reliable C-Level Tech who excels at the fundamentals and is eager to level up. Your primary focus will be on precision alignments, oil changes, maintenance, suspension work, and brake services across a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. This role is specifically designed for a technician with a strong drive to learn, increase their efficiency, and transition into a Flat-Rate/Flag Technician position. You will work closely with our Master Technicians to refine your skills and build your knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspections:
Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections and document findings clearly for the service advisor.
Precision Alignments:
Perform accurate two-wheel and four-wheel alignments on all makes and models, understanding caster, camber, and toe adjustments.
Suspension & Brakes:
Diagnose, repair, and replace basic suspension components (shocks, struts, tie rods) and perform complete, high-quality brake jobs.
General Maintenance:
Perform routine C-level duties including oil changes and fluid exchanges. Bonus Skill (Not Required): Experience installing aftermarket lift kits or leveling kits is a huge plus, but not required!
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of professional automotive shop experience.
Specialized Knowledge:
Strong foundational understanding of alignments, brakes, and suspension components. Experience with European vehicles is a major plus.
Career Driven:
A strong desire to learn, and move up to a flag/flat-rate technician role.
Tools:
Must possess your own set of tools and box (specialty tools provided by the shop).
Licensing:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Team Player:
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to be mentored by senior technicians.
