Description Overview Ideal Technician would have 3yr minimum in industry, knowledgeable in gas and diesel with a strong heavy line and electrical trouble shooting background. ASE and other auto certs and dealer experience is a plus. Must have a sufficient amount of tools to show experience. The tech has to be well rounded and a self-motivated professional. One who can properly and promptly diagnose customer concerns and able to make repairs correctly the first time without guidance. Technician needs to keep a clean and professional work area and take pride in our customers vehicles and repair facility. Duties Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components on various makes and models. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Communicate effectively with service writers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair with gas and diesel engine repair. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot effectively. Heavy line experience is a must. Proficient in the use of power tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation. Must have a friendly demeanor and be able to contribute to positive atmosphere Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
