Full-Time We're looking for a skilled and reliable Shop & Field Mechanic to join our growing team! If you're motivated, safety-minded, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing equipment both in the shop and out in the field, we want to hear from you. ???? What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment/machinery (shop & field) Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Respond to field service calls in a timely, professional manner Complete work orders, documentation, and inspections accurately Work independently and as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly ????? What We're Looking For Experience as a mechanic (heavy equipment, diesel, or related-depending on your industry) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work in various weather and jobsite conditions Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Safety-first mindset ????
