Job Description
Roger Beasley Mazda Service Advisor Position - Leander Now hiring for a Service Advisor. As a locally owned business for 55 years, we have been one of the largest privately-owned dealer groups in Central Texas and we are expanding! Our new location in Leander, TX is now open. We are also committed to provide our employees with a positive work environment and the potential for growth within our organization.
Position Description:
As a Service Advisor you will meet and greet incoming service customers, provide estimates of repair costs, schedule and communicate time required to complete services.Benefits:

Compensation:
- Competitive salary/commission based pay plan
- $4,000 monthly base pay salary, plus bonuses
- Potential annual income from $60,000 - $100,000 plus
- Semi-monthly pay, direct deposit.

Position Requirements:
- Service Advisor experience preferred but not required (easy transition from all vehicle brands and independent service shops)
- Customer service, communication and listening skills
- Must pass pre-employment screening to include: background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver's license and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
