Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics, along with excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with customers to explain services and ensure their needs are met. Duties Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicle makes and models. Conduct tire services, including rotation, balancing, and replacement as needed. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform maintenance tasks. Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Engage in heavy lifting as required for tire changes and other maintenance tasks. Perform Video Multipoint Inspections Qualifications Previous experience in automotive repair or as a service technician is preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate power tools effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are advantageous. A team player who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
