• Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic Expertise:

• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to identify electrical and mechanical issues in a variety of vehicle makes and models. Accurately troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

• Repair and Maintenance:

• Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine tune-ups, brake system repairs, air-conditioning services, and other related services. Ensure all work is completed to the highest industry standards.

• Electrical Systems:

• Specialize in diagnosing and repairing vehicle electrical systems. This includes battery replacement, alternator repairs, starter issues, and complex wiring problems.

• Technical Skills:

• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Use experience and training to deliver efficient and reliable service.

• Customer Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and repair processes. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience and build customer trust and loyalty.

• Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with fellow technicians and support staff to achieve the common goal of customer satisfaction. knowledge and support team members to improve overall service quality.

• Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and repair. Experience with both domestic and imported vehicles is preferred.

• Certifications:

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

• Problem-Solving:

• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Attention to

• Commitment to precision and accuracy in all aspects of repair and maintenance.
