Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits Company-paid short-term disability insurance Paid time off 401(k) with company match opportunities Supportive leadership and a team that values quality workmanship Opportunities for continued training and career growth What You'll Do Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards Perform advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting Repair and maintain brake, steering, suspension, fuel, cooling, and HVAC systems Complete warranty repairs and documentation accurately and efficiently Perform maintenance services and multi-point inspections Test and verify repairs to ensure proper vehicle performance and safety Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with advisors and management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience required Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience or certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Why Steele Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Lockhart?
