We are seeking experienced Automotive Flag Technicians to join our team and help drive our continued success. Our technicians are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and take pride in performing high-quality work. Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors 3+ years experience as an automotive technician required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and work ethic Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
