Group 1 Toyota Hub City is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail sales and service. We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred. Positive & Friendly Attitude Interpersonal Communication skills Basic computer skills Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience Ability to achieve targeted goals High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a Valid Driver's License Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
