Strong service volume with consistent work Supportive leadership and service advisors Ongoing factory training and career development A culture that respects skilled technicians and their time What You'll Do Vehicle DiagnosticsRepairs Identify vehicle concerns and perform diagnostics with support from Service Advisors and teams determine appropriate repairs. RepairComponent Replacement Repair and replace vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension components, steering parts, HVAC components, and other mechanical systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Quality ChecksRoad-Testing Conduct road tests and inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly and meet Volkswagen, company, and customer expectations. Routine Maintenance Services Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections to support longterm vehicle reliability. Ongoing TrainingSkill Development Participate in factory and inhouse training programs to continue developing technical skills and stay current with automotive systems and tools.
