Automotive Technician

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel/gasoline engines. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Complete vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems on GM vehicles and other makes. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics equipment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service machinery. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures across various models, including GM vehicles if applicable. Service technician experience with auto estimating software is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Pay:

$25.00 - $55.00 per hour
