Positions that need to be filled are sanders, maskers and detailers. Experience is essential. Dependability and ability to adapt are necessary. Detail minded and process oriented. Responsibilities Support the shop painter with final vehicle prep prior to painting Sanding/Masking Pre-washing vehicles before prepping and after sanding Using vacuum sanders to keep dust contained and keeping the shop environment clean Qualifications Prior experience sanding/masking and prepping vehicles for paint is a must. Detail oriented Organized Take pride in the quality of your work Ability to color sand and buff is a plus but not required
