Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Light Duty Truck Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on light-duty trucks to keep our clients' fleets operating smoothly and efficiently. Your mechanical expertise and proactive approach will help maximize vehicle uptime and ensure safety standards are met. Duties Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire service, and alignments Repair mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment Inspect vehicles for safety and compliance, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards Assist with heavy lifting tasks and vehicle inspections during maintenance procedures Maintain detailed records of all services performed for each vehicle Support customer service efforts by communicating repair needs clearly and professionally Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a focus on light-duty trucks or similar vehicles Dealership experience is highly preferred for in-depth automotive knowledge Strong mechanical knowledge combined with automotive diagnostics skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Experience with automotive fluid replacement, tire service, alignments, and oil changes Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance and repairs Join us to be part of a team committed to excellence in fleet maintenance!
