Orange, TX Position Overview As an Automotive Service Technician, you play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers. Your technical skills and personal work habits directly impact customer satisfaction and service quality. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot customer concerns accurately using the latest tools and technology Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism in all customer interactions Act as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive area to acknowledge customers promptly Stay current with technical publications and service information systems Ensure vehicle service is completed safely, accurately, and on the first attempt Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs in alignment with factory recommendations Return vehicles clean or cleaner than received Participate in factory and in-house training programs offered Complete all service paperwork thoroughly and correctly Perform other duties as assigned by management Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and wear a clean uniform Work Hours This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Specific schedules will be provided upon hiring. Qualifications Experience performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals Outstanding communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and high-energy personality Ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly Good judgment and decision-making skills Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record Education and Certification High school diploma or equivalent Technical aptitude demonstrated by ASE certification Technical or trade school degree preferredWHAT WE OFFER
