Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Automotive Master Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships. Duties Perform advanced diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and drive trains for both gasoline and diesel engines. Execute complex repairs such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, wheel alignments, and vehicle electrical system troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently. Diagnose and repair auto body damage when necessary, ensuring vehicles are restored to factory standards. Maintain detailed service records, complete inspection reports, and communicate findings clearly with customers. Stay current with industry advancements in automotive technology and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Proficiency in reading schematics and working with automotive electrical systems. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, wheel alignment, and vehicle maintenance. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain systems, auto body repair techniques, welding skills, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Valid certifications in automotive repair; ASE certification preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
