Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team in our Fleet Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in heavy equipment and automotive repair and maintenance . As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and potentially other various maintenance tasks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure unit performance Assist our Fleet Manager and Lead Heavy Mechanic as needed Conduct other misc. services as needed Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area Communicating effectively with the team Requirements Previous experience in heavy equipment and automotive repair and oil changes Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with fleet maintenance a plus Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Familiarity with fleet diagnostics and repair processes Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for service tasks A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed Join our team as a Lube Technician where your skills will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our fleet department.
