Job Description
Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join our service team in Rockport, TX. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles while ensuring every unit is safe, reliable, and ready for our customers. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, LP gas, appliance, and mechanical systems Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and warranty repairs Troubleshoot issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly Follow manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and company procedures Work independently while collaborating with the service team to meet production goals What We're Looking For Previous RV technician experience preferred; related experience in automotive, marine, heavy equipment, electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trades will also be considered Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time Ability to manage multiple repair orders while maintaining quality Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable Must provide your own tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in confined spaces within and around recreational vehicles Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to stay current on manufacturer training and evolving RV technology What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, vision, and additional voluntary benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and manufacturer certification opportunities Stable, year-round work Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Supportive team environment with clear expectations Why Ron Hoover?
