Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with precision and care. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly while providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs efficiently to meet customer needs. Conduct oil changes using appropriate oils and filters, ensuring proper disposal of used materials. Assist with vehicle alignments to improve handling and prolong tire life. Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform routine maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic repairs. Diagnose common automotive issues using diagnostic tools and communicate findings clearly to customers or service advisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Skills Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently. Experience with automotive diagnostics, alignments, tire service, and vehicle maintenance tasks. Service technician experience that demonstrates technical proficiency in automotive systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle components. Basic sales skills to recommend additional services or products when appropriate. Knowledge of safety procedures related to automotive repair environments. Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
