We specialize in high-quality installations, sprayed-on bed liners, and custom truck solutions for both retail and commercial clients. We take pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and getting the job done right the first time. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, motivated Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves hands-on work installing truck accessories, performing sprayed-on bed liner applications, and supporting fleet and custom vehicle builds. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools in a fast-paced shop environment. Key Responsibilities Install bolt-on truck accessories (bumpers, racks, steps, lighting, hitches, etc.) Perform sprayed-on bed liner applications Work on fleet upfit projects and commercial installations Assist with custom truck builds and specialty projects Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and installation guides Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and finish Qualifications Experience with hand tools and basic mechanical work required Ability to read and follow written instructions accurately Prior experience in automotive, truck upfitting, fabrication, or similar field preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Hands-on training and skill development Opportunity to work on custom and high-end truck builds Supportive, small-team shop environment How to Apply Apply in person or send your resume/work history to: Apex Truck Gear Spring, TX [281-288-6828/info@apextruckgear.com]
