Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering fast, reliable vehicle maintenance services! In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and customer service skills will help ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition, all while maintaining a fast-paced and positive environment. Duties Conduct quick and efficient oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure optimal engine performance Perform tire rotations, repairs, and replacements, including balancing and alignment checks Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues, fluid levels, brake conditions, and other basic maintenance needs Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform vehicle service tasks with precision Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs or services Maintain detailed records of all services performed, ensuring accuracy and transparency Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering vehicle-related questions confidently Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Experience with automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, and basic maintenance procedures Familiarity with automotive service standards and safety protocols Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of automotive alignment procedures and vehicle maintenance best practices is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; mechanic or service technician experience is advantageous Join us to accelerate your career in automotive service!
