Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Express Technician to join our service department. In this role, you will focus on performing oil changes and standard maintenance services quickly and accurately, all while maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine Maintenance:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other standard maintenance services with speed and precision.

Customer Service:

Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for customers by efficiently managing maintenance tasks and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

Efficiency & Quality:

Follow established procedures to maintain top-quality service while minimizing wait times.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to optimize workflow and support a fast-paced service environment.

Documentation:

Accurately record all maintenance services performed, ensuring compliance with dealership standards.

Continuous Improvement:
