Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles, such as tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and address vehicle problems.
• Maintaining meticulous records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Communicating effectively with the service team and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training or certification is preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician in the auto industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.
