Office Manager Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing auto glass team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them schedule repairs and navigate insurance claims. If you love helping people, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Educate customers on auto glass repair and replacement services. Provide accurate price quotes based on vehicle year, make, and model. Schedule service appointments for both in-shop and mobile technicians. Verify customer insurance coverage and file auto glass claims on their behalf. Process payments and maintain accurate customer records in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure total satisfaction with their service. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or retail. Previous experience in auto glass, automotive repair, or insurance claims is highly preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn scheduling software quickly.
