Responsibilities:
Perform lube, oil, and filter changes Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and cooling system flushes Assist with maintenance services and basic repairs Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates Follow shop safety standards and cleanliness protocols Participate in hands-on training and mentoring opportunities Maintain professional appearance and attitude Assist with shop equipment and tool upkeep
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of automotive experience preferred Completion of an automotive technology program is a plus Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass pre-employment substance screening Ready to Turn a Job Into a Career?
