In this energetic role, you'll perform essential maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and other basic repairs. Your mechanical skills and customer-focused attitude will help deliver exceptional service that keeps our customers confident on the road. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Perform wheel alignments and tire services to ensure optimal vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks Assist with vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake inspections and fluid top-offs Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Support the service team with general maintenance tasks and vehicle diagnostics as needed Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity of automotive diagnostics and service procedures Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment effectively Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during service tasks Knowledge of vehicle maintenance including oil changes, alignments, tire service, and basic repairs Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles and equipment Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
