We are actively hiring Powersports Technicians / Mechanics of all experience levels to join our team at our Young Powersports location in Pleasant View . If you're an experienced motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician looking to work in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced, modern shop environment, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. Yes Responsibilities Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles ATVs UTVs and side-by-sides (based on experience level) Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire work brake service and inspections Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level) Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience Qualifications Experience as a powersports automotive technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred not required) Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics repair processes and automotive technology Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to pass a background check
