PDI Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in RV maintenance, particularly with Travel Trailers, Motorhomes, 5th wheel trailers, Truck Campers, Tent Trailers and Park Models. This role involves working with various hand tools, as well as interpreting schematics to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine RV maintenance and repairs on Rv's and all components of the RVs from Appliances to Furnaces or cabinet work, RV plumbing etc. Utilize hand tools and powertrain equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of RV maintenance through the deallership systems. Follow Dealership Compliance guidelines and protect all consumer data. Experience Previous experience as a mechanic or technician in a dealership setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on appliances, propane systems, etc. Familiarity with RV's vehicles is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics effectively. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work. Pay ranges from $16-$18 hourly with bonus pay.
