You'll be: On the floor In the pits Setting the pace Backing up the Assistant Store Manger and Store Manager and stepping in when needed You're not just helping manage, you're learning to lead and get results. You're not just completing tasks, you're driving performance. You're not just supporting culture, you're shaping it daily. You'll work in the shop. You'll move all day. You'll lead from the front. How We Develop You We don't just promote people but we prepare them for their future in our company.. As a Lead Tech, you'll receive structured development in: Leadership and coaching skills Performance accountability systems Operational execution Shop processes and procedures Financial fundamentals (labor, productivity, results) "Pit to President" mentality Our goal is simple: build you into a Store Manager who's ready and prepared with the tools to be successful. What You Bring At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, training, or team lead experience preferred. We're looking for individuals who have demonstrated the ability to influence others, set expectations, and help teammates grow.

A strong communicator who enjoys coaching, teaching, and developing others Comfortable holding yourself and others accountable to high standards Willing to lead from the front and work alongside your team Coachable, driven, and eager to continue growing as a leader Reliable, dependable, and able to take ownership of results Comfortable giving feedback, recognizing success, and addressing performance issues when needed Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, or other service-based environments is preferred, but we value leadership potential, work ethic, and a willingness to learn just as much as industry experience.
