Our location in Pleasant Grove is currently under construction. All training will be in our Salt Lake City locations, primarily Herriman or West Jordan. Do not apply if you are not willing to drive for training. Don't worry we teach you everything you need to know (in fact, we prefer it that way) Learn valuable customer service and communication skills What You'll Do as a Lube Technician This role is all about customer service first , with hands-on training to help you learn the technical side. Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude Perform customer oil changes using the Take 5 process (training provided) Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure Inspect and top off fluids Provide clear, helpful customer service on all offered services Perform coolant exchanges (training provided) Restock and maintain inventory Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe Handle customer payments for services performed What We're Looking For Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team Willingness to learn we will train you Ability to maneuver in and out of a shallow maintenance pit Comfortable with standing, bending, stooping, twisting, grasping, and lifting throughout the shift Able to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation Able to work in various weather conditions Commitment to safety in the workplace Must be able to be on site for assigned shifts Ready to Join the Team?
