Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair automotive issues related to powertrain, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems.
  • Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
  • Estimate costs for repairs and services accurately, ensuring transparency with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
  • Experience in engine and suspension repair is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in auto estimating for repair costs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to weld is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
