Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues related to powertrain, engines, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems.
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Estimate costs for repairs and services accurately, ensuring transparency with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Experience in engine and suspension repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
- Proficiency in auto estimating for repair costs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to weld is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
