We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and have a background in Automotive Service writing, we'd love to meet you!
Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. Your role is to ensure customers receive a superior service experience while managing their repair and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner Schedule service appointments and confirm service details with customers Communicate clearly with customers regarding the status of their vehicles Prepare repair estimates, obtain approvals, and ensure proper documentation Advise customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on diagnostic reports Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repair and service Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns Process customer payments and handle warranties and claims Stay current on industry trends, products, and services to better assist customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus) Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and under pressure Knowledge of automotive repair services and maintenance (preferred, but not required) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with computers and service software (CRM experience is a plus) A valid driver's license
