GED Driver's License Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Perform fluid changes, preventative maintenance, and routine vehicle inspections Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires safely and efficiently Diagnose and repair automotive systems and mechanical issues Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns Shop Operations Assist with parts pickup and delivery as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Help organize inventory, tools, and equipment to support daily operations Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow Quality & Productivity Complete repairs accurately and in a timely manner Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve shop efficiency Additional Duties Assist in all areas of the shop as needed Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Aptitude and interest in automotive mechanics Experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred Valid Driver's License required High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions and work independently Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and take on new responsibilities Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced shop environment What Success Looks Like in
This Role:
Vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately The shop remains clean, organized, and productive Customers and team members can rely on your quality workmanship and professionalism You consistently demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a positive attitude You contribute to a collaborative team environment while representing the company with integrity
