Job Description

Automotive Service Advisor Seeking a service advisor to our growing team in Alexandria VA.
Responsibilities:
Write service repair orders Create and maintain working relationships with customers. Communicate the reason for the service visit and make additional recommendations for service work as needed Strive to hit performance goals Professionally handle incoming calls and set appointments for customer service visits Maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition.
