Ford Certified Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles Service engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical systems Complete warranty repairs according to Ford and dealership standards Use Ford diagnostic equipment and software to verify and resolve concerns Road test vehicles to confirm proper operation after repairs Accurately document all diagnostic findings and completed repairs Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines Mentor and support developing technicians as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Stay current with Ford technical bulletins, recalls, and training requirements

Ford Certified Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:
