Automotive Service Technician (B-Tech)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Service Technician (B-Tech) to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Prior hands-on experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned automotive repairs and maintenance services efficiently and accurately Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs Maintain accurate service records for all completed work Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and high-quality repairs Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair techniques

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic is required Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and maintenance standards Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
