Service Lane Assistant Location:
KIA Chantilly, Chantilly, VA Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Saturdays Only
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shift) Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team at KIA Chantilly on Saturdays only!
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane Schedule service appointments efficiently Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) Manage the loaner fleet
  • clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers Deliver outstanding customer service all day
  • you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication skills
  • you must love talking to customers all day Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
