You'll identify needs, present recommendations, and convert opportunities into revenue — while maintaining trust and transparency. What You'll Do Engage customers and uncover service needs Present inspection-based recommendations confidently Close approved maintenance and repair work Upsell services that align with customer and vehicle needs Manage multiple repair orders and follow up consistently Maximize each RO while maintaining strong CSI Drive revenue growth for the service department Who We're Looking For Advisors or sales professionals with closing experience Comfort discussing price, value, and urgency Competitive, self-motivated mindset Strong communication and persuasion skills Automotive experience is a plus — sales experience is key Valid driver's license and clean driving record This is a performance-based role for professionals who want control of their paycheck.
