Family-Owned Independent Repair Shop 2+ years of automotive technician experience for C Level candidates 5+ years of experience preferred for B Level candidates Position Summary Promotive is hiring a motivated B or C Level Automotive Mechanic for a growing, family-owned repair shop in the Christiansburg and Radford, VA area. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work on domestic, Asian, and light European vehicles Complete brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs Perform vehicle inspections and basic diagnostics Conduct VA State Inspections accurately and efficiently Use digital vehicle inspections (DVI) through Tekmetric Maintain productivity goals while delivering high-quality workmanship Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure excellent customer service Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Qualifications 2+ years of automotive technician experience for C Level candidates 5+ years of experience preferred for B Level candidates VA State Inspection License required Strong work ethic and production-focused mindset Ability to perform repairs independently Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills ASE certifications preferred but not required Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screen Compensation & Benefits Flat rate pay structure

B Level Technicians:

$28•32/hr (depending on experience / skills)

C Level Technicians:
