Danville, VA Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who excels in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and thorough product knowledge. You will be responsible for greeting customers, inspecting vehicles, and guiding them through the service process with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet service customers promptly and courteously. Inspect vehicles and review service history to identify service needs accurately. Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories based on customer requirements. Provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain authorization. Monitor service progress and communicate any changes to customers for approval. Administer warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct follow-up after repair completion. Perform final vehicle inspections to ensure all services are completed correctly and communicate results to customers. Comply with all state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. Work Hours This is a full-time, in-person position based in Danville, VA. Work schedules will be provided upon hiring.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of two years' experience as a service advisor. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record in the state of employment. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
