With three locations and 6 brands including Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac, Nissan, and Hyundai and continue to grow every day. We are Looking for an Automotive Service Advisor. Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, terminology, and repairs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a professional automotive shop. Give accurate (expert level) advise on vehicle maintenance in a professional, courteous, sincere manor in order keep our customers safe. Prepare and process repair orders accurately including all costs, verify warranty/service contracts, deductibles and descriptions of symptoms. Serve as a communicator between technician and customer. Ensuring complete understanding of services. Experience with ADP/CDK and OEM certifications Maintain high customer service scores and meet goals Check progress and provide regular updates to clients Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the work day Strong work ethic and attendance Valid U.S. Driver's License Reliable transportation Pass background check and drug screening Work together with others as a team We offer: Great environment with opportunity for growth Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) options Benefits options including medical, vision, and dental Robert Woodall Auto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
