Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor with experience at an independent auto repair shop. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring a seamless experience from intake to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently. We do things different from most other shops and are looking for someone who is open to learning our proven processes for success. This role is key to the success of our business. The primary role of this position is professionally presenting and selling the repairs and maintenance recommended by our technicians to our customers.
